YMCACF MyWellness allows you to optimize your experience at our facility by training both indoor and outdoor. Our app has been completely redesigned to provide you with a seamless and intuitive user interface.

The app is divided into three main areas:

<ol>
 <li>Facility: Discover all the services that our facility offers and choose the ones that interest you the most.</li>
 <li>My Movement: Access your personalized program, view the classes you've booked, join challenges, and manage all the activities you've chosen to do at our facility.</li>
 <li>Results: Track your progress and check your results in one centralized location.</li>
</ol>

Use YMCACF MyWellness during your workouts to collect MOVEs and become more active every day. Our Technogym equipped facilities offer the best experience, allowing you to connect to the equipment through Bluetooth or QR Code. The equipment will automatically adjust to your program, and your results will be seamlessly tracked on your mywellness account.

Easily log MOVEs manually or sync with other popular apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag, and Withings.

 <li>Personalized Training Program: Access your complete training program, including cardio, strength exercises, classes, and other activities. You can also view exercise instructions and videos. Plus, you can track your results automatically by signing in to mywellness directly on Technogym equipment, no matter where you are.</li>
 <li>Enhanced Classes Experience: Use YMCACF MyWellness to effortlessly find your desired classes and book your spot. You'll receive smart reminders to ensure you never miss an appointment.</li>
 <li>Outdoor Activity Tracking: Keep track of your outdoor activities within the app or automatically synchronize data from other applications like Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag, and Withings.</li>
 <li>Challenges and Competition: Join challenges organized by our facility and improve your ranking in real-time as you train and strive to achieve your fitness goals.</li>
 <li>Body Measurements: Keep track of important measurements such as weight and body fat percentage and monitor your progress over time.</li>
